In porn terms, POV stands for Point of View. It refers to a porn that is shot from the perspective of the guy (in most cases) and it’s popular because it gives the illusion that it’s the viewer’s dick that’s being sucked. PurePov is a relatively new addition to the porn world, having been launched on Jun 10, 2007. At launch they had 13 episodes ready to go and since they resumed updating on June 25 they haven’t stopped. It’s been less than two months since launch but already they’ve got a nice collection of porn going and they’ve made their mark on an always receptive porn audience. People are clamoring for more of this site, showing the ever voracious appetite there is for POV porn.
The member’s area is crisply designed and easy to use. Along the top of the page are links to the relevant content sections, including the models, the movies, the bonus content and the search page. There’s a trailer for the next update as well as a few preview pictures. They’ve got the site statistics listed on the side of the page including the total models, movies and when the next update is scheduled. The sensation I get while browsing through the site is that they’ve done a very thorough job of preparing the member’s area for actual members. They’ve crammed in every bit of necessary information and every question is answered.
A POV site is all about the model. She’s the only one on camera so she has to be beautiful and she has to be oozing sex. Thankfully, most porn stars are able to do that in their sleep, and the ladies of PurePov are quite adept. A typical scene begins with the babe stripping and shaking her ass for the camera. That’s the kind of stuff that lifts this site above others that work in the POV area. The most recent updates have shied away from the uniform content, but what’s there will always be there.

They mitigate this problem somewhat by giving you 41 full length bonus movies for an extra 20 hours of content, but it’s not POV content so it may not satisfy you. If you’re reading this in November or December I say sign up right now. If it’s earlier than that you may want to wait a bit for the site to fully develop.
